Mobis Slovakia is a major manufacturer of automotive parts. As it is classified as a large enterprise in accordance with European regulations, it is subject to ESG (Environmental – Social – Governance) legislation focusing on the sustainability of enterprises. For this reason Mobis Slovakia is subject to several European directives or regulations (e.g. CSRD, CBAM, EUDR, CSDDD, EU TAXONOMY and others) that are already effective or will come into force in the future. Mobis Slovakia is aware of its obligations under these legal regulations. In connection with the above, it collects data necessary for the CSRD report or the EU TAXONOMY report and prepares mandatory quarterly CBAM reports, as well as other related documents.
Human rights policy
Mobis Slovakia s.r.o., subsidiary of Hyundai Mobis Co. Ltd., as one of the European Mobis Entities confirms the implementation of Human Rights Policy with the aim to implement Human Rights Management, prevent violation of Human Rights, and mitigate relevant risks related to Human Rights in operation of its business. At the same, Mobis Slovakia s.r.o. states its respect and support of all international standards and guidelines relating to Human Rights and Human Rights Management.
