Production

Module shop assembles modules and it is the largest department. Its task is to assemble supplied automotive modules and subsequently deliver those assembled modules to Kia. It could be divided into two groups: basic (front and rear axles) and disignish (front and instrument panel). All modules shall be produced in certain production sequences in order to get to certain assembly line in time.

The instrument panel has been produced in the IP plant containg specific surface with structure from TPO, PU foils and melting TPU material on a machine made in Korea and Japan. Subsequently, soft top layer connects with the core due to vacuum molding and lamination or due to polyurethane foam and then the instrument panel shall be created. The final phase is a simple amend of instrument panels´ parts, cutting, cleaning, assembly and delivery to the assembly plant Module, where it shall be assembled into the final module.

Bumper production contains of three plants, injection, painting and bumper assembly. Injection is a department in which the thermoplastic material in the form of granules produced by drying and hence delivered into ten injection molding machines that produce: front and rear bumper, injection panel and the front module skelet. The next process is the surface adjustment, painting exterior plastic parts. The last phase is the front and rear bumper assembly, delivery to the KaSK assembly line to be assembled to the vehicle bodywork.

The shop has been orientated mostly on personal and traffic car safety, especially in productiona and assembly of: front brake system, rear break system, vacuum brake booster. Those vehicle parts are assembled and produced in fully automatic and semi-automatic assembly and production lines. Brake surface adjustment shall be provided in the galvanizing plant.

Redistribution center provides spare parts delivery for car models Hyundai and Kia produced in the Slovak and Czech plants and redistributes them to other european countries, the North America and the Middle East. This plant is divided into the logistic section, material dpt, sales and quality section including technical information providing spare parts delivery process begining by purchase till delivery to a customer.

The Plant which mostly import and export material including manipulation. It provides short-therm and also long-therm storage with ability to system material evidence, FIFO and so on. Material allocated in CKD plant has been manipulated and completed, packed and re-packed for further distribution depanding on the place of delivery either to a production module plant or export to the customer (KIA, Mobis CZ, Hyundai CZ).
